Hello Custer Cougars!
It sure has been rainy this week! I want to say that it was amazing to see everyone spirit outfits (it was Custer colors) at school. Last week, we learned about resolutions and how they are a great way to set goals. This week, we join the elementary school counselors to discuss habits. Habits are behaviors that we learn or do. An example of a habit is drinking enough water each day or moving our bodies. We then learn about some healthy habits you can practice to become your best self! We identified that drinking enough water, moving our bodies, going outside, and taking care of our bodies (hygiene) are healthy habits to always practice!
